Okay, here is the deal, for some people, leaving a particular stage of life to another can be quite scary. While for others, it is a thing of pleasure. I fall under the former category. Some will do anything to remain in the comfort zone they are than move up.

So here is my story. Please don’t laugh at me... Be warned!

My breast started developing at the age of 12 thereabout. Believe me when I say I detested the tiny thing popping up in my chest. I was so comfortable with my Breast less region.

One of my sisters sold me bobo(white lie literally) that it can go in if I expose it. I took her advice with all pleasure and bared my chest for the whole world to see. I was willing to do whatsoever, anything at all, just for my new addition to go in.

When I return from school, I will go sit under the tree at the front of the house wearing only my shorts leaving the upper region bare. Everyone passing had the glorious opportunity to see my bare chest (urrrgh)

I was frankly hoping this will work. If only wishes were horses. The more I exposed my breast, the more it grew out. I didn’t want the breast seriously. Can it just go back to wherever it came out from?

When I saw nothing was happening. I gave up. Yea, I did. This was one course I didn’t persevere to the end.

Coming to the children section in the church? We never wanted to leave when the time came for us to. Our pastor had to practically use some measure of force to get some of us to the youth section. That was how much we loved the children section.

So you see, in as much as some stages of life might look appealing, we need to move higher to another stage. As you gradually evolve into an adult, you need to allow some attitudes be replaced with more valuable ones. You need to break off the no-saving culture. You need to start taking responsibility for your choices and actions. This will help in curtailing your ill decision making.

Milk is sweet, but you can’t keep taking it. Move on to take meat.  Mummy and daddy won’t pray for you always or study the word of God for you.

You need to learn to pray and study the word for yourself and by yourself. These things will stand you out in years to come. I’m sure I would have hated myself if the breast obeyed and went back in.  I may be called “the girl with no breast”

Growing up might be scary. Yea I know. You want the pampering, the lovey dovey attention you are getting and all. I wanted that to continue too. But it is necessary I move on to the next stage. A girl has to grow up you know?
